I’ve thought about how tough it is remembering exercises and taken the muscle building exercises from my trainer’s guide, and split them into three separate apps, each one providing you with a specific and targeted workout for your Arms & Legs, Back & Shoulders, and Chest &Abdominals. ​

Best of all you can hone in on the specific muscles you want to target (biceps, triceps, glutes, lower back etc..) , and find the exercises designed for that muscle group.
